This is my first time posting to the Clerks Forum, so here goes...
Our Communications Team is looking into using Google Forms for various communication channels and i was tasked with finding out if there are any implications that we need to consider relating to Freedom of Information and collecting personal information online. Does anyone currently use Google Forms through their website or elsewhere and would like to share their experience? Any responses are greatly appreciated.
